Ocean Geopolitics Centre

About the Centre

Founders

The Ocean Geopolitics Centre grew out of the meeting of two careers bound to the sea: that of a lawyer and association leader with decades of work in Portuguese–Brazilian cooperation and national defence, and that of an admiral who led the Portuguese Armed Forces and made strategy his field of study.

Together, they are also co-authors of Mar – Encontro, Desencontro e Reencontro.
